My full name is Lars Thomas Alm. I am currently working as a tenniscoach and I run. Quite a bit. When I did my first 15K run, in April 2010, I had only done one 10K run in my entire life and the 15K trashed me. I was, however, totally hooked on running, and it would soon turn out that I was ok at it.
I did my first marathon in New York in November 2010 and haven’t looked back since. Today I run everything from half marathons to ultramarathons, and I do crazy projects, from smaller stuff like doing a 1000 burpees in a row, to bigger things like the 40@40 challenge in 2016, where I run 40 marathons and ultramarathons in one year raising money for cancer research.
I am getting better quickly and I am always looking for the next challenge. Some of the races that I am proud of are listed below, more under ”My races” in the menu.
Keep on running!
